After humble beginnings working as a painter in his family business, Charles took the leap and became an operator of his own franchise with Scholars Edge Painting in 2021 and 2022. Before his promotion to Wilson Pro, he completed approximately 200 projects, and was granted prestigious awards such as Operator of the Year, Quality Operator of the Year, and Marketing Operator of the year.
