Julian is very excited for his new role as Co-Owner with President Jamie Wilson, where he will work with the company on an executive level, oversee all marketing and growth initiatives, support his brother Frank in his franchise, and recruit new franchisees to Wilson Pro Painting.

Frank began his Canadian painting career with Scholars Edge as a painter. His dedication and hard work soon propelled him to higher positions, becoming Supervisor then a Production Manager. An inspiring leader for his crews, Frank always taught painters to treat every house as their own and to provide the best service possible for clients. His involvement with Wilson Pro Painting began when the company was founded. In 2023, Frank took on the role of Production Manager in Victoria, BC, then was recently promoted to co-owner of the franchise alongside his brother, Julian Sitges.
Frank’s team is full of motivated and hard-working people. He takes pride in giving the best customer service, and makes sure everything is done properly before finishing a project. Frank would love to work with you and get to know you, and make your painting project something to remember.
