Jass moved to Canada six years ago and began his career with New York Painting Company, where he built a strong foundation in the painting industry. From the very beginning, he showed dedication to learning every part of the trade, including gaining hands-on experience in framing and working on large commercial projects as a professional painter.
Through hard work and leadership, Jass was promoted to Supervisor, managing projects and teams while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Jass’s experience in commercial and residential painting, along with his strong work ethic, has given him a deep understanding of how to deliver excellent results on every job.
In 2024, Jass moved to Vancouver Island and joined Wilson Pro Painting as a labourer. Once again, his skills and commitment quickly stood out, and he was promoted to Crew Chief. While working closely with the Wilson Pro Painting system, he saw the opportunity to build something long-term and grow within the brand.
Inspired by the company’s values and standards, Jass decided to become a franchise owner with Wilson Pro Painting. Today, he is focused on delivering high-quality workmanship, leading strong teams, and providing customers with reliable, professional service on every project.

I moved to Canada five years ago to pursue my post-graduate studies, bringing with me a strong work ethic and a passion for building something meaningful. I began my career in Canada with New York Painting Company, where I gained hands-on experience in the painting industry and learned the importance of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Later, I transitioned into sales and marketing, working in the hotel industry in Toronto for over four years. During this time, I worked closely with hotels and guests, developing strong skills in customer service, communication, and project coordination — and learned firsthand how important trust, professionalism, and attention to detail are in any service business.
In 2024, I moved to beautiful Vancouver Island. While settling into the community, I saw an opportunity to combine my experience in painting, sales, and customer service into something of my own. That’s when the idea was born to bring Wilson Pro Painting to the area by purchasing the franchise.
Today, I’m proud to serve North Victoria and the surrounding communities with a focus on high-quality workmanship, honest pricing, and exceptional customer experience. My goal is simple: to make every customer happy and every home or business look its best.
